IT Support Company | CEO & Founder
I designed this company due to the growing number of threats small businesses were facing. Specifically, businesses in the cannabis industry and restaurants, due to the absence of support available in the modern age. We allow our clients to focus on their business while we focus on their security and maintenance.
ABSS Networks Inc | Director of Client Relations
After implementing solutions at ABSS, I was promoted and took on a more hands-on approach with clients and project management. I helped increase ABSS's revenue and designed marketing campaigns never before used in the company. In addition, I worked closely with the CEO and CTO to redesign our datacenter in order to increase our revenue opportunities.
ABSS Networks Inc | IT Support Technician
Was brought on at ABSS to resolve tickets and client issues, but quickly rooted out the cause of many clients' and staffs' frustration and designed solutions to remediate them. I designed and implemented a central management server for firewalls, better device management polices through our RMM, and created custom scripts to solve reoccurring issues.
Niagara Bottling | IT Customer Support Specialist
Operated in a contract with Niagra Bottling to move 300+ employees into a new office and setup laptops, desktops, and troubleshoot any issues that came up during the move.
HelloTech | Independent IT Specialist
Worked as a freelance IT contractor helping resolve any IT or security issues that arose. I also offered remote support services through Fiverr. This expanded my knowledge about systems in various situations and scenarios.
Costa Communications | IT Support Specialist
Solely designed and maintained all of Costa Communications' infrastructure and assisted in implementing ACT! updates and backups. After the systems were implemented, I assisted with periodic support.
